Lead, Regional Colombia program- Global Green Growth Institute
The position will be responsible for providing technical and strategic advice to relevant sub-national counterparts and lead the regional workstream within the Colombia Country Program. The position will manage a small team of staff and/or consultants, posted in three regions of Colombia (most likely Departamentos), and whom will serve as the key focal points with the sub-national counterparts for carrying out the service offerings. The position will guide project development across the three regions, assess project effectiveness and recommend new initiatives and partnerships. Also, the position will provide substantive advice/ analysis of current products and project components, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement. The position is expected to be the go-to person for all specific regional-related matters in the Colombia country program.
