Program Director

The position begins is contingent upon funding. Major responsibilities include oversight and management of Rare’s Colombia Country Program, consisting of an initial three-year project to scale up, with partner CVC, the capacity to mobilize communities to adopt behaviors that produce “Climate Smart” watershed impacts for people and nature. The candidate is expected to raise funds both in the United States and with in-country public and private funders, and have experience in managing processes for government engagement, team leadership, and integrated green/grey watershed infrastructure projects.
